  • Live Class 2: March 11th, 2020 6:30-8:00 PM PT

  • Live Class 4: March 25th, 2020 6:30-8:00 PM PT

Session Content Includes:

Weekly Session Content:

  • Mindful Check-In (15-20 mins)

  • Topics for the Week--Mindful practice and other key skills (remaining time)

Each class typically starts with a ‘mindful check-in’ where parents can share highs and lows for the week, review practices from previous weeks, and ask questions to the instructors. This is followed by a discussion of the topics for the week followed by the assignment of ‘On-Your-Own-Practices’ OYOPs for teens to work on outside of the group. Topics covered over the duration of the program include:
