Registration permits access to the Whole School Program materials for approximately one year. There are two cohorts every year. You will be put in the Cohort that provides you with the most amount of time. At the end of your term you can choose to renew access if you want. The registration is good for one school registration. If you are interested in registering multiple schools or a district please contact training@stressedteens.com

Materials provided to a school can be used and circulated within the school including students and school staff. The program content and materials can also be shared with student’s parents and caregivers. We want as many as possible in your school community to have access to these same materials.

Each school must individually register to access this program and the materials. Stressed Teens retains all intellectual property rights to all contents during the course and the text on this website. To share any materials outside of one school requires expressed written consent from Stressed Teens. You can inquire about this consent by emailing training@stressedteens.com. A school that registers agrees that it will not sell the content of this program.

Refunds are not available.  Exception: individual consideration to be evaluated by Stressed Teens on a case-by-case basis, but Stressed Teens reserves the right to refuse refund.

Stressed Teens does not financially guarantee your total satisfaction with the course. However, we are highly interested in your ideas and critical observations and will work hard to understand and incorporate them. Please email training@stressedteens.com with comments, concerns or questions.

While the Stressed Teens team goes to great lengths to ensure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate any problems that might arise during a training, there will be occasional issues which come to the attention of Stressed Teens which requires intervention and/or action on the part of staff or the office of Stressed Teens. When a school has filed a grievance and expects action on the complaint, the following actions will be taken:

Individuals filing a grievance will be asked to put his/her comments in written format. Please email training@stressedteens.com with said grievance. We will then review your grievance.

Stressed Teens will review the grievance and a response to the participant will be made. Stressed Teens will use the opportunity to develop greater program quality when possible.

Resolution may also include:

Attempt to move the participant to another training, or

Provide a credit for a subsequent year’s training, or

Provide a partial or full refund on the training fee.

If you have a grievance you would like to share with us, please contact us at training@stressedteens.com.
